Our dresses are the highest quality, customized to fit each skater and
their specific costuming needs. As with any product that is made to
order we have limitations on returns and exchanges. Our policies
reflect our commitment to our customers satisfaction, while protecting

The following conditions of sale apply to all dress purchases. If you do not
agree with all of these conditions please do not purchase the dress. .
We do not offer cash or credit card
refunds on customizable dresses. All terms are agreed to at the point of sale.
- Costumes are
not returnable or exchangable. We highly recommend taking advantage of the
"Fit Check" system when ordering.
- If you are not using the "fit
check" system please order your dress slightly large so you may have it
altered locally.
- Graphics must be applied during
construction, but stone work can be added later. Therefore, be sure about the
size and style before you order a dress with graphics.
- Attention all international
customers. We are required by federal trade law to ship all items with the
dollar amount you've paid for the dress. Please do not order without
addressing any concerns with your local customs office we will not
artificially lower a price to avoid customs charges. Please do not ask us to ship as a gift.
When shipping any dress the customer is responsible for
insurance and tracking information. We are not responsible of any items lost in
the mail.
Please visit USPS.com for easy shipping options. Ready to wear "specials" may be returned within three days for store credit only and must be postmarked for return shipping within 3 days of return with insurance.
